Reorder PDF pages
Reorder PDF pages rebuilds your document with the pages in exactly the sequence you choose. Move a cover page to the front, pull an appendix forward, or fix a scanned document whose pages came out in the wrong order — all without re-scanning or re-exporting the file.

Why use Reorder PDF pages?
PDF is the format people reach for when a document has to look identical everywhere — on a phone, on a colleague's laptop and on paper. Converting to or from PDF lets you keep that fixed layout for sharing and archiving while still being able to edit, split, merge or shrink the file when the job changes. Doing it in the browser means a contract, payslip or ID scan never has to be uploaded to a stranger's server just to change its format.
How to use Reorder PDF pages
- 1Add your PDF file to the upload area.
- 2In the pages field, type the new order as page numbers separated by commas, for example 3,1,2 or 5-7,1,2.
- 3Pages you do not list are kept in their original order at the end of the document.
- 4Press Convert now, then download the reordered PDF.
Features
- Accepts single pages and ranges, including reversed ranges such as 7-5.
- Pages are copied without re-rendering, so text stays selectable and images keep their quality.
- Runs entirely in your browser — the file is never uploaded anywhere.

Your privacy
This tool runs entirely in your browser using JavaScript and WebAssembly. The file you select is read into your device's memory, converted there and offered back as a download — it is never uploaded to our servers. Closing or reloading the page clears it. If you are signed in, we store only the tool name, the number of files and their total size so you can see your own activity history; the file contents are never sent.
Tips for the best result
- Check the page order in the file list before converting — pages are produced in the order shown.
- Scanned pages photographed at an angle convert better if you crop them first; the tool preserves what it is given.
- For very large PDFs, close other heavy browser tabs so the page has more memory to work with.
- Open the finished PDF before sending it, especially for documents that have to print exactly.
Frequently asked questions
How do I change the order of pages in a PDF?
Add the PDF, type the page numbers in the order you want them (for example 3,1,2), press Convert now and download the result.
What happens to pages I do not list?
They are appended at the end of the document in their original relative order, so nothing is lost.
Can I move a range of pages at once?
Yes. Use a range such as 5-8 to move those pages together, or a reversed range like 8-5 to flip their order.
Is my document uploaded to a server?
No. The conversion runs in your browser with JavaScript and WebAssembly, so the file never leaves your device and nothing is uploaded to our servers.
Is there a file size limit?
The interface accepts files up to 100 MB. In practice the ceiling is your device's available memory, so very large files may be slower on older phones.
